At VionB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
- Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as such at purchase.
- Items that have been visibly used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
The Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact our support team at contact@vionbearbud.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Review & Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.
- Shipment: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
